What is Deco Roc?

It is a system stronger than concrete that rejuvenates your old, worn out concrete.

Why are colors non-fading.

The colors are baked on aggregate, which has penetrated deep into the core. Which makes it non-fading.

What are the color choices available?

There are 140 standard colors and the ability to make countless others to match any décor.

How hard is it to keep clean?

Our sealer is formulated with stain resistant properties. Most stains such as coffee, tea, coke and oil can be washed away with soap and water.

Does it clean better and easier than concrete?

Yes, after being sealed with our sealer the concrete is no longer porous thus stains cannot penetrate making it easy to clean.

What is the chemical resistance of the product?

The sealer is resistant to most household products and many industrial products.

How are the cracks repaired?

The cracks are cut into V-shape and patched with our epoxy patch mix. Which has a comprehensive strength of over 8000 psi.

How thick is it applied?

It is applied by two skim coats approximately 1/16th inch thick.

How do I fix the low spots (bird baths)?

You can raise all your low spots (bird baths) with our patch mix. It is formulated to give you more strength than concrete. Even a thin layer will adhere to the concrete very well.

What do I do with the expansion and control joints?

You do not cover your control joints. For the expansion joints put a string in it when spraying and pull it out or re-cut the joints again, after you have applied Deco Roc

How do you apply it over painted concrete?

With a floor grinder remove previous coatings.

How thick is it applied?

It is sprayed with two light coats of about 1/16th of an inch each.

Do I need to have experience to install this product?

No, this product is easy to install, you do not need experience in construction or painting to learn it. As this is a water-based product it is easy to work with.

How can I become a dealer?

We offer free training, once you are trained in installation. We will make you a dealer and supply you with brochures and samples to start your business.

Will you supply me with marketing material?

We will give you the brochures, samples, CD's and video's to get you started. You can always purchase more marketing material at our cost.

Can I choose the texture type I want?

Our coating is formulated so you can choose the texture you want. A fine coating for pools and decks, medium for floors, aggressive non-slip for walkways.

Will the sealer yellow?

Yes, but not dramatically. The sealer is uv-resistant but it will yellow slightly, in fact it adds a better look to the color. In most cases this yellow is not noticeable to the human eye. We use an epoxy based, state of the art sealer that actually repels water and keeps moisture from penetrating it.
