Distributors
& Dealers Wanted
We are expanding our authorized Distributor base. We are looking
for qualified persons or companies who want to increase their sales
and grow with the leader in durable wall finishes and custom concrete
restoration.
The nature of the product and the availability of various colors
means that local dealers can only be serviced at the regional level.
Typically end users and installers want to have access to the product
within their local area rather than having the problems associated
with long distance shipping. They also want the ability of getting
the material the next day or within a few days. The objective therefore
in having regional distributors, is to make the product easily accessible
to the dealers and minimize long distance dealings.
This
is a construction supply trade. Authorized regional distributorships
will have the right to pack, sell, and market our product lines.
The product will be marketed using the brand name of Wall Guard
for the walls and Deco Roc for the floors. We will provide full
training either at our facility or on-site to the distributors.
This
is not a franchise, but this is a distributorship opportunity to
sell Wall Guard and Deco Roc. All the components will be supplied
to you in ready to use five gallon buckets. You will blend and repack,
adding the colors your customer needs, using the same buckets to
repack. This is a zero waste system utilizing a JIT (just in time)
shipment. You don't have to worry about disposal of waste, except
for normal spill or business wastage.
The
binder comes in 27 lb buckets and is ready to use. It has been formulated
and manufactured to give a very high bonding strength, excellent
flow & leveling, sag resistance plus many other properties.
Maintaining the correct weight is the key in packing our product.
You do not need to add or change any additives. If you do, this
can change the chemistry of the product, resulting in the product
not performing as formulated.
Our color aggregate is not sand it is translucent quartz - one of
the world's hardest minerals. Even the smallest piece of Aggregate
has its own baked ceramic coating. It comes in 14 different colors
and gives you the ability to create countless color blends. This
little ingredient is tough, durable and the color will not fade.
The process is simple everything is done by weight. If you are careful
in putting in the exact weights, all the buckets will come out the
exact same color. The color aggregate we supply will be consistent
batch after batch, year after year. The only way you will have color
problems is when the weight of the color aggregate is not measured
precisely.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM OUR DISTRIBUTORS:
1)
Office/warehouse space of 1200 to 2000 sq. ft. It has to be truck
accessible. You also need space to train and
to demonstrate the product.
2)
A small show room. We will help in the layout and supply free of
charge the display materials needed. The marketing
material like brochures, CD's and training videos, sample key rings
will be supplied to you at our cost. Of
course you can also produce them yourself if you wish.
3) Marketing staff (which can be you to start with).
4) To start with you will need only one person to repack. It has
been shown that one person and a good secretary
with a strong work ethic can do the whole process comfortably.
5) Have enough material on hand to repack the customers orders.
Large orders can be packed and shipped direct
to the customer thus saving you and the customer the expense of
double shipping.
6) Any leads that are generated through our advertisements or from
trade shows are passed on to the distributors
in the appropriate geographical location.
7) As a distributor you will have the right to put the Supreme logo
on your business cards, letterhead or other stationary.
We will supply you the artwork with colors for your printer.
8) We expect you to advertise in your local market, send out mailers,
make contact with local builders and train
the dealers in your area. In addition to the training offered in
Atlanta, we also offer onsite training and
product presentation (at your site) if there are more than (3) future
dealers at a time.
9) We expect our distributors to provide the best customer service
and assistance to our dealers in whatever way
possible including technical assistance.
10) Our product is simple and easy to install. Anyone can learn
to do it. We expect someone from your staff or
you, to have a first-hand working knowledge of the product. Previous
construction knowledge is a plus but not
necessary.
11) We expect our distributors to carry our product exclusively.
Supreme's products are a totally new and innovative
technology for multiple uses. It is very cost effective compared
to other products on the market. We do not
mind if you market other product lines, which are not in competition
with us in the coating industry.
